2. According to Memorandum No. ০৭.০০.০০০০.১৭০.৩৪.০১১.১১-২০০ of Finance Division Dated 02.10.11, the cities Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Gazipur and Sylhet will be considered as cities where living expense is high.
